Eighth Day Slice / Fiddlin On Ya Roof, Yidcore
Eighth Day Slice / Fiddlin On Ya Roof,
Back
Eighth Day Slice is a slab of Yidcore doing what they do best: playing punk rock with hellish intent. And, of course, mixing the odd Hebrew phrasing in with their lyrical affectations. Musically, it’s punk on Broadway, punching those dudes wearing pantaloons squarely in the mouth, and slaps the life – that Gwen Stefani stole – back into If I Were Rich Man. It’s hardcore, it’s ska, its punk, it’s rock. It’s a musical. And it’s a treat.
